These fees include all utilities, all cleaning (prior
and after renting) paid.
A $500 non refundable deposit must be
included with the rental application. This deposit becomes the security
deposit upon arrival. The week’s rental (not counting the security
deposit) is due in full upon arrival. The security deposit shall be
returned upon your departure after walk through.
Rental week begins at 3:00 PM on
Saturday and ends at Noon Saturday. (this allows for cleaning between
rentals)
